The Enrollment Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for all enrollment quality assurance, including scanning and maintaining electronic records while meeting daily production quotas. This role also handles overflow data entry during busy seasons and creates quality assurance policies and procedures.

Responsible for all of enrollment quality assurance
Responsible for scanning and maintaining groups and members electronic records
Meets a daily quality assurance production and quota, while maintaining attention to detail
Responsible for any overflow of data entry from enrollment during the busy season
Creates quality assurance policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must demonstrate ability to be detailed oriented
Possess the ability to communicate in a prompt and efficient manner, both orally and written
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Self starter
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs
Detail oriented
Preferred
1-2 Years Experience in Data Entry/Clerical
Strong insurance background, preferred HMO and PPO
