Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and client-ready presentations
Develop measurement strategies, learning agendas, and analytics roadmaps
Mentor junior analysts and support project execution

Qualification

Required

5–8 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role
3+ years of marketing analytics experience with strong Adobe Analytics expertise
Hands-on experience with SQL, data schemas, and data models
Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality
Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Travel & Hospitality industry experience (not required)
Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts
