Constituent Management Specialist II (Records Management)
The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Constituent Management Specialist II to support Records Management operations. The role involves maintaining and updating constituent records, processing duplicate and deceased records, and providing customer service support while adhering to data governance policies.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update constituent records daily with accuracy and timeliness
Provide professional and responsive customer service, including follow-up communication when requested
Conduct thorough research in Salesforce Ascend (ACE) prior to creating new records
Create and update individual constituent records following established procedures
Create new donor records and update existing donor records
Process routine duplicate and deceased records in accordance with established guidelines
Follow documented workflows for duplicate resolution and deceased record handling
Escalate complex, non-routine, or high-risk duplicate and deceased record scenarios to senior staff as appropriate
Generate and distribute scheduled gift receipts processed in the Central Office that are slated for mailing
Review and process low risk interim records in ACE in accordance with established procedures
Monitor and assist with the shared Records Management email account- ereceipts@tennessee.edu
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or Equivalent
Strong attention to detail, verbal & written communication, research & customer service skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite- specifically Teams, Word, & Excel
Willingness to continuously learn
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required due to travel responsibilities of the position
Preferred
Associate's degree
Records management experience
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Strong attention to detail, verbal & written communication, research & customer service skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite- specifically Teams, Word, & Excel
Willingness to continuously learn
