Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to adult and adolescent clients
Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions as scheduled
Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and complete clinical documentation
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and trainings as scheduled
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field
Completion of a clinically based internship required
Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach
