Responsibilities
Lead the design and definition of the Loan IQ Target Operating Model, including business processes, system architecture, and integration touchpoints
Facilitate onsite and virtual workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders
Serve as a Loan IQ subject matter expert, advising on best practices for commercial lending, syndications, and agency lending
Partner with client leadership to translate business strategy into executable Loan IQ solutions
Provide oversight and guidance during the full implementation phase, including configuration strategy, data migration, and testing approach
Act as the primary escalation point for complex functional or technical challenges
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in commercial lending technology implementations, with deep Loan IQ expertise
Proven experience leading Loan IQ Target Operating Model or large-scale implementation programs
Strong understanding of agency, syndicated, and bilateral lending
Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global or tier-1 financial institutions
Preferred
Loan IQ certification
Prior experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models
Background in core banking or lending platform modernization initiatives
