Responsibilities

Lead the technical development and maintenance of the GRC platform
Drive integration strategies between GRC platforms and enterprise systems
Offer guidance on GRC technical matters to senior leadership
Establish workflows for risk assessments and remediation tracking
Develop compliance monitoring mechanisms in the GRC platform
Conduct technical risk assessments and engage with business for mitigation
Oversee audit findings management and compliance gap resolutions

Qualification

GRC frameworks knowledgeTechnical assessments experienceScripting languages proficiencyGRC tools familiarityGRC certifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in information security governance, risk management, compliance, or security engineering
Knowledge of GRC frameworks like NIST 800-53 and CIS Controls
Experience in performing technical assessments for cloud environments
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell
Familiarity with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC and Archer
Relevant GRC and compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC)
