Responsibilities
Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish
Supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors
Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily/weekly work plans
Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
Oversee installation of power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman
Strong background in heavy commercial or industrial construction
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules
Safety-first mindset
Preferred
Experience on mission-critical or high-tech facilities
