Data Analyst
Call Quest Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Salesforce platform expertise to support data management, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, building insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring smooth data operations within Salesforce and related systems.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce data with accuracy and consistency
Perform data entry, cleansing, and validation
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies
Support data imports/exports and integrations
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
Document processes and reporting standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data workflows
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic
Understanding of Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts
Experience with custom objects and relationships (lookup/master-detail)
Accurate and efficient data handling
Experience with Data Loader / Data Import Wizard
Knowledge of validation rules and duplicate management
Experience creating reports using Salesforce Report Builder
Dashboard creation with filters and summary formulas
Knowledge of standard vs. custom report types
Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting)
Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar tools
Strong attention to detail
High accuracy in reporting
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of Salesforce data flow
Process documentation capabilities
Preferred
Experience working with government, arts, or cultural organizations
Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience
Experience Cloud familiarity
Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
