Navigate servicing obligations correctly to avoid potential need to repurchase loans
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Fannie Mae Servicing and Loss Mitigation
Experience with deceased customer aspect is a huge plus
Deferral arrangements with Fannie Mae
FM Portal (Fannie Mae Technology Manager) Experience is a must
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Preferred
FIS Horizon is a huge plus, but any Core exp will suffice
