Home Owner Association Asst Manager
Bluestar Properties Inc. is looking to fill an Assistant Administrator Clerk Position for their Owner’s Association Department. The role involves assisting the Home Owner Association Administrator with owner and board correspondence, property inspections, and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Computer skills for online research
Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
Record keeping in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Practices proficient clerical skills and is computer literate
Good with English and grammar for letter writing and correspondence
Interfaces as assigned with board personnel to facilitate work plans
Bookkeeping, sales and customer service skills
Public relations
Computer literacy
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to interact effectively with management, peers residents and prospects
Qualification
Required
