Responsibilities
Execute trades and support portfolio implementation activities across client accounts
Work within rebalancing workflows and trading systems to ensure accurate, timely execution
Collaborate closely with portfolio management and operations teams on trade-related processes
Help maintain trading documentation, workflows, and execution standards
Identify opportunities to improve trading efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
Qualification
Required
4-year degree required
Prior trading experience required
Strong attention to detail; comfort working in fast-moving trading environments
Clear communicator and collaborative team partner
Preferred
Experience with rebalancing tools strongly preferred (Tamarac experience is ideal)
Prefer candidates who want to stay in trading/portfolio management (not using the seat as a stepping stone to advising)
