Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Provide forms and documents to new students
Review applications and payments for accuracy
Create and manage social media accounts
Oversee marketing and social media for select programs
Create forms, templates, and instructional content (videos, PDFs, guides)
Manage systems and perform administrative tasks
Train students on Microsoft Teams and MS365 tools
Develop SOPs, workflows, and guides independently
Build and maintain relationships with parents and customers
Schedule and document meetings with external departments, ensuring follow-up on action items
Answer phone calls and provide timely assistance
Manage intake process, including VOIP system setup
Handle email communication with prospective students
Organize and maintain policy documentation
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Planner, and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Experience in administrative roles (10+ years preferred)
Background in educational or school settings is a plus
Creative and detail-oriented mindset
