Responsibilities
Analyze and report on key drivers of margin, and performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
Assist in preparation of annual, monthly and daily sales plans
Lead monthly forecast updates and variance analysis in partnership with other department heads
Support the annual Budget and Long Range Plan processes
Prepare business performance reporting and presentation materials for management, investors, and the Board of Directors
Develop and enhance financial models to deliver scenario and ad hoc analysis related to trends, margin drivers and inventory positions
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, data accuracy and planning discipline
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an FP&A role
Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel, specifically in using functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and building financial models
Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Must be knowledgeable of GAAP accounting and how it relates to budgeting and forecasting
Must have functional knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to write financial reports
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have a high level of ethics, integrity, judgment, and confidentiality
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Retail experience a plus
