Responsibilities
Handle a book of Personal Lines accounts requiring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and broad knowledge in Property, Casualty, Auto, E&O, + more
Quote, propose and write Personal Lines insurance products and services
Counsel and advise clients on exposures/risks and offer insurance solutions to meet their needs. Regularly engage with clients to develop, nurture, and retain long-term relationships
Pursue continuous education within our industry to build your skills
Participate in our proactive account renewal process
Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system
Consistently assess new business opportunities and cross sell as needed
Achieve and exceed sales, retention and growth goals and objectives
Collaborate and engage with all of our team members
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and technology skills
Comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry
Broad knowledge in Property, Casualty, Auto, E&O, and more
Ability to quote, propose and write Personal Lines insurance products and services
Counsel and advise clients on exposures/risks and offer insurance solutions
Engage with clients to develop, nurture, and retain long-term relationships
Pursue continuous education within the insurance industry
