Lead and scale a multi-team Salesforce organization supporting mission-critical, client-facing healthcare platforms
Own the delivery, technical excellence, and operational rigor of the Salesforce ecosystem—particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Partner closely with Product, Client Services, and Executive Leadership to meet aggressive timelines in a regulated, high-growth environment
Develop managers while maintaining delivery predictability
Qualification
Required
Experience leading and scaling multi-team organizations
Hands-on technical leadership experience
Proven track record of building, leading, and maturing leaders of teams
Ownership of delivery, technical excellence, and operational rigor in Salesforce ecosystem
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Ability to partner closely with Product, Client Services, and Executive Leadership
Experience working in regulated, high-growth environments
Strong Salesforce architectural judgment
Ability to develop managers while maintaining delivery predictability
