Responsibilities
Release and manage customer orders across retail, distributors, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC
Coordinate outbound shipments with 3PLs, carriers, and platform-managed fulfillment
Monitor OTIF performance and resolve delays, shortages, and delivery issues
Manage ship windows, routing requirements, and retailer compliance
Support shipper display and new customer launch work flows
Monitor inventory levels across wholesale, marketplace, and DTC channels
Support demand and inventory planning to maintain in-stock targets
Track inventory accuracy and investigate variances across systems and 3PLs
Support month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting
Issue and track production POs with co-manufacturers
Coordinate inbound shipments to 3PLs
Confirm production schedules and reconcile finished goods receipts
Flag supply risks and constraints early
Own and manage trade show sample requests and fulfillment
Maintain accurate product master data across systems and support customer portal management
Support EDI compliance and clean order-to-invoice handoffs
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CX on launches, promos, new customer on-boarding and issue resolution
Assist with ERP improvements, dashboards, and process documentation
Qualification
Required
2–3 years experience in CPG supply chain, logistics, or operations (food & beverage preferred)
Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and planning
Experience supporting Amazon, TikTok Shop, and/or DTC fulfillment
Strong understanding of multi-channel fulfillment (wholesale + marketplace + DTC)
Experience with EDI portals and order-to-cash workflows
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience with food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing
Experience managing order to cash process Kroger, Walmart, Costco, UNFI, or KeHE
Startup or early-stage CPG experience
