Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Infor Syteline/CSI implementations and upgrade projects (v8 to v10)
Act as the overall solution architect, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Provide techno-functional leadership across core Infor ERP modules and integrations
Manage and mentor cross-functional onsite and offshore teams
Own project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, including status updates, design discussions, and issue resolution
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Support pre-upgrade assessments, data migration strategy, testing, and cutover planning

Required

12+ years of experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
Hands-on experience with multiple full-cycle implementations and upgrades up to v10
Strong understanding of Infor ERP architecture, customization, integrations, and reporting
Proven project and team leadership experience in large, distributed delivery models
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills
Ability to work independently and lead complex programs with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
