Responsibilities
Daily activities include working with simple SQL queries and pull reports on both an ad hoc and production basis for analysis of data present in QNXT/Source systems
Proactively define, identify, and recommend process enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals
Candidate must be comfortable working in SQL, including interpreting results, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and developing short‑ and long‑term solutions through to completion
Ability to adapt swiftly to ever changing data sequences and business needs
Perform data compares
Experience working with Large Data Sets
Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support
Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
Supports a production-based environment
Supports a positive team environment
Qualification
Required
Problem solving and decision-making skills
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
Preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLookup, concanation, formulas, etc.)
3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data, provider data services systems and other end user applications
Strong Critical thinking and Analytical Skills
Strong organizational skills & time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
Innovative thinker who is not afraid to propose new ideas and alternative solutions to a problem
Proficiency with desktop software applications such as Microsoft Word, Teams and OneNote
