Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates
Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs
Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight
Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions
Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts
Manage confidential files and other privileged information
Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems
Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles
Understand. Create. Simplify

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or related professional experience
Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience
Demonstrated ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values
Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
Strong organizational skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred
Experience in technical recruiting environment
Applicant Tracking tools (ATS) tools experience
