Senior Financial Analyst
CRL Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist Project Leads with monitoring and reporting on the overall financial health of projects. The role involves developing project spend plans, conducting quantitative analyses, and participating in financial reviews to support project decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts
Conduct quantitative analyses of project requirements, status, and schedules to determine funding needs and identify risks
Maintain knowledge and awareness of project funding: what funding types, expiration dates, available funding, movement of funding, phases of project funding, etc
Work closely with Business Financial Managers (BFM) for knowledge sharing and processes related to the project funding
Participate in financial reviews. Assist in preparation of monthly reports financial charts and inputs for briefings in support of quarterly reviews, spend plan reviews, and other decision support products for the Project Lead
Track, review, and analyze contract deliverables as compared to project baselines
Reconcile weekly financial reports from Navy Enterprise Resource Planning and work with BFM to resolve any discrepancies
Provide support with resource planning and execution tracking to include Rough Order of Magnitude development and procurement requests
Maintain documentation in SharePoint
Assist with project cost estimates
Contribute to the development of new project proposals
Assist in the development, review, revision, and routing of Statements of Objective, Statements of Work, and Justification and Approvals
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, attend and participate in Integrated Project Team meetings, design reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, Quarterly Project Management Review, test planning meetings and other meetings as required/directed; prepare and distribute meeting minutes as required/directed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree with ten (10) years relevant experience
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred
An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a master's degree
