Process subcontractor pay apps, invoices, and credit card purchases
Maintain accurate job costing and perform routine reconciliations
Prepare monthly financials, over/under billing schedules, and tax returns
Manage cash balances, payments, and bank reconciliations
Support audits, financial draws, and vendor documentation
Qualification
Required
AA/BA in Accounting or equivalent experience
3+ years accounting experience (construction preferred)
Strong Excel and ERP skills; Yardi and Procore preferred
Excellent communication, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
