New GradBPM LLP is hosting the BPM LEAD Program, an immersive leadership development experience for accounting students. This one-day event aims to provide participants with insights into public accounting and opportunities to network with professionals while enhancing their skills and knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities
Learn the day to day differences between Assurance, Tax and Advisory
Learn how to improve your personal brand and sharpen your interviewing skills
Participate in a mock interviews
Mix with senior leaders to better understand their path to success
Hear from former interns who are now BPM Associates
Learn how to study and pass the CPA exam
Network with fellow students and BPM employees for a social games night near the office
Get a jump on future BPM internship opportunities
Participate in a group project competition to win prizes
Participate in Q&A sessions with BPM leadership
Receive BPM apparel
Qualification
Required
An interest in learning about public accounting
A minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting or related major
Students graduating between 5/1/2028 - 6/30/2030
Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work in a team environment
A positive attitude mixed with an innate desire to learn and interact
