Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI reporting and analytics solutions
Build, test, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
Support data integration and transformation across multiple source systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design and support basic data warehouse structures, including fact and dimension tables
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across reporting outputs
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL, data, and reporting issues during development and implementation
Document data flows, transformations, and reporting logic
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data reporting, analytics, and ETL development, with hands-on use of Informatica (IICS preferred)
Proven experience in a BI Lead, BI Developer, or Data Analytics role
Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
Strong knowledge of ETL development, testing, and implementation
Working understanding of data warehousing concepts
Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
Experience supporting development or implementation-focused data projects
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, consulting-style environment
Preferred
Prior experience supporting large consulting engagements
Experience with cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience working in hybrid or on-site project environments
