Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects from scoping to implementation
Direct migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms
Ensure project adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards
Translate operational philosophy into actionable strategies
Provide technical recommendations on cloud solutions to management
Manage budget for equipment and manpower acquisition
Collaborate with technical teams on CI/CD tools and cloud environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of federal government experience
3 years of experience managing development teams
8 years of project management experience including project planning and execution
Ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust clearance
Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and CI/CD processes
