Responsibilities

Analyze and improve test and debug processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities
Communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences clearly and effectively
Lead efforts for yield improvement through failure mode analysis of testing discrepancies
Collaborate across teams to address and resolve manufacturing yield challenges
Balance daily production demands with long-term Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives
Utilize SQL and statistical software to clean and analyze data for informed decision-making
Automate testing processes using object-oriented programming and debugging in an IDE
Contribute creative ideas to support Nokia’s strategy and continuous improvement efforts

Required

BS Degree in science or engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Physics
2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and statistical processing software
Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and test equipment automation
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues

Preferred

Master's degree in a Science or Engineering field with a focus on optics
5+ years of experience in semiconductor or opto-electronic manufacturing
Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and methodologies
Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives
Background in yield improvement and failure mode analysis
