Business Analyst – Offers Platform, Assistant Vice President
Morgan Stanley is a financial institution that raises, manages, and allocates capital for clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product team and Wealth Management Marketing team to support the Offer Engine platform, focusing on enrollment, tracking, and fulfillment of client incentives and promotions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Configure new promotions, conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement
Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate testing and preparing/reviewing reports across multiple offers
Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions
Prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials
Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release
Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics
Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch
Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders
Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries
Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in digital communications and marketing technology
Contribute to project planning, release readiness, and business sign-off processes
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital marketing, product management, or marketing operations
Bachelor's degree in technology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in with SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus
Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
Eagerness to learn digital communication processes and tools within a large, regulated organization
