Responsibilities

Build closed-loop automation : detect → decide → act → verify
Develop AI-assisted agents constrained to approved playbooks
Integrate network telemetry into event-driven automation pipelines
Implement pre-change risk analysis and post-change validation
Design automated rollback and blast-radius controls
Support hybrid environments (on-prem, data center, cloud)
Ensure automation aligns with HIPAA, NIST, and change-management standards

Required

Strong network engineering fundamentals (routing, firewalls, load balancing)
Python-based network automation
Ansible / event-driven automation frameworks
Experience integrating AI or ML into operational workflows
Change validation, configuration management, or intent-based networking
Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments

Preferred

LLM agents for operations (guardrailed, tool-based execution)
Kafka or event streaming platforms
NETCONF / gNMI automation
OT or clinical network exposure
IEC 62443 / NIST familiarity
