The role involves working closely with Data Scientists on AI model validation and data processing, including manual data labeling, model output validation, and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities
Data Analyst will perform manual labeling of data to support AI model training
Validate AI model outputs, ensuring accuracy and identifying gaps
Analyze call transcriptions and compare them against model predictions
Extract and prepare data from various sources using SQL
Bring data into a centralized environment for analytics and model training
As a Data Analyst, you will create and maintain Power BI dashboards, publishing and sharing insights
Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
Document findings, model validation results, and processes using JIRA
Qualification
Required
2+ years as a Data Scientist or similar
Experience in data validation to assess model performance and accuracy
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Python skills for data processing and validation tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Databricks for data processing
Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization
Exposure to LLM models and GPT-based AI solutions
Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure or AWS
