Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and observations
Collaborate with team members on short-term and ongoing assignments
Attend firm orientation and departmental overview sessions
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of firm, client, and personnel information
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Current college student, or post-graduate student (within two years of graduation)
Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment
Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and professionalism
Preferred
Coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred, or demonstrated interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the legal industry
