We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of 5–10 supply planning professionals, overseeing supply planning operations and aligning with broader procurement and operational strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Supply Planning Managers and Planners across multiple operational regions
Set departmental goals, performance standards, and planning methodologies
Represent the Supply Planning function in executive-level discussions and cross-functional initiatives
Develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models to support scenario analysis and decision-making
Perform analytics to assess supply risks, cost impacts, and schedule trade-offs
Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and responsiveness
Manage the escalation of supply planning issues, including supplier delays, engineering changes, and schedule conflicts
Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management leadership to resolve high-impact issues
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or operations, including leadership of multi-level teams
Strong proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python)
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements
Deep understanding of utility-scale PV, BESS, and HV project supply chains
