Responsibilities
Support Fashion Editors and Stylists with day-to-day editorial needs for print, digital, and social shoots
Assist in preparing for shoots by pulling, organizing, tracking, and returning samples from designers, PR agencies, and showrooms
Maintain accurate records of sample loans, credits, and returns using internal systems and spreadsheets
Provide on-set support during studio and location shoots, including steaming, dressing, and styling assistance
Organize and maintain the fashion closet and accessories archive, ensuring efficiency and accessibility
Conduct trend research and assist with story development, sourcing, fact-checking, and compiling credits and product details
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in luxury fashion and a clear point of view on current and emerging trends
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven editorial environment
Professional communication skills and comfort working with high-profile talent, designers, and brands
Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet tools
Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the New York City office
Preferred
Experience in fashion media, styling, PR, or internships is a plus
