Integrations Analyst – Guidewire PolicyCenter & Digital Portals
Call Quest Solution is seeking an experienced Integrations Analyst to lead and support integrations between external vendor systems and internal enterprise platforms. This role involves technical analysis, data mapping, integration design, and production support to ensure secure and scalable system connectivity.

Responsibilities
Analyze and design integrations between vendor systems and internal applications
Create detailed data mapping, interface specifications, and architecture documentation
Guide development teams through integration build and configuration
Manage environment provisioning, system access, and security controls
Monitor performance, connectivity, error logs, and SLAs
Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate vendor escalations
Support production maintenance, regression testing, and upgrades
Maintain complete integration documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve integration performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in: Systems integrations, IT business analysis or software development, Third-party/vendor integrations
Strong understanding of: APIs & web services, Data interchange formats, Integration best practices
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Guidewire PolicyCenter
Digital Portal integrations
REST/SOAP APIs
Data mapping & transformation
JSON/XML
Integration troubleshooting & production support
Preferred
Guidewire Insurance Suite experience (strongly preferred)
ETL/middleware tools
Cloud integration exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
ITIL or integration certifications
