Jansoft Global is seeking an Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HRMS modules. The role involves serving as the functional and technical lead, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of HR solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional and technical lead for Oracle HRMS modules including Payroll, Core HR, Benefits (Standard and Advanced), OTL, Absence Management, and AME

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional and technical solutions

Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS modules according to client specifications and HR best practices

Develop and support customizations, workflows, and extensions using AME, BI Publisher, and Oracle Forms/Reports

Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to HRMS processes and workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HR, and IT to ensure smooth implementation

Assist with upgrades, patches, and enhancements to Oracle HRMS modules

Develop documentation such as configuration guides, functional specifications, and end-user manuals
