Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and develop a world-class team of leaders and engineers
Identify and nurture leadership talent with clear succession plans and growth opportunities
Champion a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture empowering innovation and achievement
Establish scalable operational frameworks for performance management and organizational alignment
Define and implement a compelling technical vision and strategy for the [Insert Technology Portfolio]
Engage proactively with VP/CxO-level customers and partners to build long-term strategic relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, CX, and Marketing to deliver unified customer outcomes

Qualification
Required
10+ years of Sales/Solutions Engineering experience
5+ years of leadership experience, including managing other managers
At least 2 years of experience configuring and managing Cisco network infrastructure (Route, Switch, and Wireless) in hybrid environments (On-Premises and Cloud)
Experience across multiple customer segments (Enterprise, Public Sector, Service Provider, Commercial)
Preferred
Understanding of Cisco Secure Networking direction
Proven track record as a 'leader of leaders' managing large, geographically dispersed teams
Strong senior management relationships with partners, customers, and internal business groups
Thought leadership based on business and industry drivers
Clear understanding of competitive products and ability to articulate Cisco's advantages
