Responsibilities
Support the design, execution, and project management of HEOR and real-world data studies
Conduct database analyses using administrative claims and electronic medical records (EMR)
Support observational research including prospective studies, chart reviews, and other methodologies
Perform literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and data interpretation
Support cost-effectiveness analyses and economic modeling activities
Contribute to patient-reported outcomes (PRO) strategies in clinical trials
Assist in the development of abstracts, posters, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
Clearly summarize and communicate scientific and economic evidence to internal stakeholders
Coordinate study-related activities including advisory panels and best-practice sharing
Support vendor and project management activities, including budget tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional asset teams (medical, market access, marketing, etc.)
Support internal initiatives, including management of SharePoint and internal portals
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and research skills with knowledge of HEOR methodologies
Ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex scientific data clearly
Proficiency in preparing scientific presentations and written materials
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and evolving project needs
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced degree required in one of the following or related fields: Health Economics, Health Services Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Health Policy, Life Sciences
5–7 years of relevant experience OR 1–2 years of post-graduate professional experience preferred (depending on role level)
