Responsibilities
Lead a multi-functional team that uses data and analytics to advance our marketing approach while meeting our brand objectives
Develop and implement strategic research analysis and insights to build the business’s brand, ensuring integrated marketing campaigns meet brand goals and deliver on our broader metrics of brand health
Develop and lead the strategic vision for enterprise-wide consumer intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-powered insights that drive long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of thirteen years of market research, insight development, and analytics experience and at least five years leadership experience managing people
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Market Research, Analytics or related field and a minimum of ten years of market research and analytics experience and at least five years leadership experience managing people
Preferred
Deep understanding of market research, insight development, and analytics, with the proficiency to visualize data to bring insights to life
An analytically curious mentality with experience in quantitative and qualitative techniques and analysis
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships leading to successful outcomes
Proven leadership ability with a strategic approach, a focus on growth, and strong learning agility, successfully guiding senior-level teams toward achieving organizational goals
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries
