Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily work of the maintenance team across multiple sites
Support troubleshooting for robotics, LGVs/AGVs, ASRS, packaging & material handling equipment
Train, develop, and mentor technicians across multiple customer facilities
Oversee maintenance performance, reporting, and customer satisfaction
Conduct site visits (~50%) and monthly performance calls with key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in robotics, automation, material handling, packaging, or industrial maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
Experience leading technicians or coordinating service operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
PLC/automation troubleshooting preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, preferred
