Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies and best-practice frameworks
Gather business requirements and support system enhancements across multiple portfolios
Facilitate workshops, root-cause analysis, and process mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
Partner with stakeholders, leaders, and technology teams to ensure alignment and adoption
Track, measure, and report on project outcomes, readiness, risks, and financial impact
Coach teams and leaders through organizational change and process transformation

Required

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
Green Belt with 15+ years of relevant transformation experience may be considered
Proven experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and influence across all levels of the organization
Experience supporting large-scale change and working in complex business environments
Familiarity with project management practices and lifecycle methodologies
