Demand Generation Manager
Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing is a fast-growing, data-driven professional services and technology platform. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across multiple channels through the development and execution of integrated demand generation programs.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, events, and content distribution
Own paid media strategy and execution across search, social, and retargeting channels with a focus on ROI and lead quality
Manage email marketing programs including demand generation, thought leadership, newsletters, and event communications
Lead social media execution across brand channels and promoted executive content
Support events and webinars from planning and promotion through post-event follow-up and lead nurture
Develop messaging, positioning, and content assets that resonate with target audiences and drive high-quality leads
Partner with sales and client-facing teams to create and maintain sales collateral, pitch materials, and templates
Reuse and adapt content across channels to nurture prospects throughout the funnel
Own campaign measurement, attribution, and performance analysis using marketing automation and analytics tools
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and acquisition costs
Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact
Experiment with new channels, formats, and technologies to continuously improve results
Leverage AI tools to support asset creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support campaign execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within a high-growth, professional services, or technology-driven environment
Proven experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
Broad, 'V-shaped' marketing skill set spanning paid media, outbound, content marketing, social, and events
Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, and forecasting
Working knowledge of modern marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, retargeting, organic social, email marketing, and event-driven marketing
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Hands-on executor comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Curious, creative, and enthusiastic about leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
