Responsibilities
Lead IT Projects: Take charge in planning and executing technology initiatives that align with the firm strategy and stakeholder objectives. Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions and automation tools, focusing on scalable systems and improved efficiencies to support company growth
Optimize Processes: Analyze internal workflows to detect technical inefficiencies. Recommend, implement, and oversee process improvements ensuring the evolution of our technology stack supports higher productivity and reliability across the company
System Administration: Manage all firm-wide software platforms, from user accounts and permissions to software license renewals, ensuring security and compliance are maintained at the highest level
Vendor & IT Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for software vendors and our IT partner. Manage relationships to ensure our technology partnerships yield maximum value and seamless support for the firm
Technical Support: Deliver prompt and efficient tech support within the office. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, whether local or remote, ensuring they have the required tools and support to perform their roles effectively
Staff Enablement: Conduct training sessions on new tools, processes, and workflows. Keep staff informed on software updates and features, and enhance overall technical literacy with clear written guides and instructions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT project management and system administration
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Ability to provide effective technical support and training
Familiarity with a variety of software platforms and IT solutions
