Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with accounts receivable functions as needed
Utilize accounting and document management systems to complete daily tasks
Perform general accounting duties, including AP and AR support
Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements
Provide detail-oriented administrative and accounting support across multiple business units
Respond promptly and professionally to internal team member and external customer inquiries
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly and monthly deadlines
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
