Internal Recruiter
Consilium is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will identify and attract top-tier sales talent, collaborating closely with the Corporate Recruiting team and hiring managers to meet the specific needs of the sales teams.
Responsibilities
Source talent via social media, job boards and applicant tracking system
Support talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Follow-through employment branding initiatives
Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hiring goals
Capability to elevate into a Corporate Recruiter position within a 6-8 month timeline
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Support the Corporate Recruiting daily workflow
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes a successful salesperson
Ability to assess sales aptitude and cultural fit for the company
Excellent negotiation skills (especially for presenting offers and handling counteroffers)
Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of candidates
Communication skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade sales talent
Resilience and persistence – Sales recruiting often requires following up and managing rejections
Strong relationship-building skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders
Team player but also self-motivated and independent when necessary
