Maintaining and repairing desktop computers

Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges promptly to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems for clients
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
Strong abilities in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Experience providing Help Desk Support and resolving user-related technical issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
