Responsibilities

Supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies’ financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting
Manage the Company’s financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation
Managing a team of financial analysts supporting the budget, forecasting, and financial metric analysis and processes across the business areas and corporate level
Developing financial strategy, monitoring/analysis of financial metrics, reporting, and forecasting
Managing financial initiatives and strategies; managing accounting and invoicing systems/processes, capital planning/management for IT equipment/software, Enterprise Portfolio Management to include financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and estimation
Managing financial goals and objectives

Required

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 6 years experience in a corporate accounting and/or financial area or 9 years experience in a corporate accounting and/or financial area
Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in leading/supervising teams
Strategically oriented; conflict resolution skills; effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; and excellent financial and business acumen skills
Knowledge with investment valuation techniques including ROI, NPV, EVA, RBC
Knowledge of financial and/or resource modeling
Clear and concise verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to present to large groups
2 Years planning and budget experience
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes

Preferred

Experience managing direct reports
Financial experience in areas relevant to assigned HCSC divisions such as Information Technology, Customer Service, Call Centers (inquiries), Claims Processing, Information Management, etc. Experience with project and portfolio accounting
Ability to travel including overnight stays
Experience with financial management of IT Equipment/Software
Experience in Health Care industry and value-based care preferred
