Responsibilities
Acting as a trusted proxy for the principal in complex or sensitive situations, including negotiations and high-stakes matters
Managing the full burden of communications (email, text, WhatsApp), including triage, prioritisation, and response
Overseeing a global family calendar as the principals move frequently between international locations
Working in close coordination with the wife’s PA to ensure smooth execution across shared priorities
Coordinating closely with a highly experienced family office team (finance, legal, operations)
Managing major personal projects, including the sale and transition of a significant estate in California
Overseeing complex assets and operations, including a five-story yacht with a 50-person rotating crew, private aviation, and associated senior staff
Managing senior vendors, crew, and advisors across multiple jurisdictions
Handling matters involving significant capital, confidentiality, and international logistics
Providing judgment, stability, and calm across unstructured and high-pressure situations
Qualification
Required
Based in New York City
Deep, current experience supporting a UHNW principal at a senior level
Trusted to operate independently with minimal oversight
Excellent commercial instincts and sound judgment
Comfortable representing a principal in their absence
Can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and unflappable
Works well in collaborative, high-functioning partnerships
Experience with complex estates, staff structures, aviation, and maritime operations
Culturally fluent and internationally experienced
Values long-term relationships and has demonstrated loyalty and continuity in prior roles
Preferred
Spanish fluency preferred
