Qualification
Required
Primary responsibility for all operations within their assigned store
Leading a team in the continual delivery of customer service
Supports a store culture aligned with our values
Ensures all are engaged and inspired
Accountable for the achievement of sales and profitability goals
Motivate all associates to deliver upon and achieve the Westlake ACE
Manage all store operations
Hire, train, coach, and lead associates
Deliver amazing customer service
P&L leadership (sales, profits and controls)
Safety and loss prevention
Compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations
Preferred
Previous Store Management experience preferably Hardware experience
Bachelors Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
