Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound technical support inquiries via phone, web, and email
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Take full ownership of assigned support tickets through resolution
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, workarounds, and solutions clearly
Communicate system outages, updates, and ticket status to customers
Follow established escalation procedures and collaborate with higher-tier support teams
Assist in maintaining and updating internal knowledge base documentation
Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders as needed
Participate in scheduled after-hours support rotations
Act as a customer advocate to ensure a positive support experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience providing technical support in an information technology or application support environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking technologies
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and server environments
Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and virtual private networks
Experience with virtualization technologies and basic scripting or command-line tools
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field
Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
Exposure to cloud platforms and virtual environments
Experience with database queries and system administration tools
