Dexter Magnetic Technologies is offering a structured internship program for students to gain real-life business experience in the Magnetics Industry. Interns will work on various projects related to supply chain management, receive mentorship, and participate in professional development activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist with data analysis and reporting related to inventory, demand, and supply

Support purchase order tracking, supplier follow-ups, and basic procurement activities

Help maintain master data in ERP systems

Assist with planning and scheduling activities to support customer demand

Support logistics coordination and delivery tracking

Participate in process improvement projects and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Quality

Prepare presentations and summaries for supply chain leadership

Exposure to ERP/MRP systems

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making

Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field and be an incoming Junior or Senior Fall 2026

Exposure to ERP / MRP methodology
