Responsibilities
Put demand into rolling plan system on time and accurately
Daily follow up factory production and shipping status
Responsible for incoming plan and production plan
Lead to summarize monthly 13+9 forecast
Responsible for abnormal and overstocks materials control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions
Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous
