Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and long-term talent goals. Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer—ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience. Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build diverse pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
Use talent analytics to inform decisions, optimize time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire. Present insights and progress updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Work closely with People Operations, L&D, and DEI teams to align hiring with onboarding, performance, and retention strategies. Contribute to broader talent initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle
Embed DEI principles into every stage of the hiring process. Develop and execute strategies to attract underrepresented talent and foster a culture of belonging
Build strong, transparent relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders. Act as a trusted advisor, offering proactive communication, market insights, and strategic counsel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including strategic partnership with hiring managers and sourcing teams
Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
Strong command of recruitment tools, ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Oracle), and sourcing strategies
Experience using data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes
Deep understanding of talent market trends, especially in technology and healthcare
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience leading or contributing to DEI hiring initiatives
Proficiency in tools like Eightfold, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and Excel
Project management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Comfort navigating change and ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset
